About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Room Leader to join our team at Evatt in a Fixed Term capacity with possibility of extension and/or permanency, working Monday - Wednesday, 8:30am - 4:30pm +. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire your room’s educators, champion high-quality practice, and create a warm, stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported.
You’ll also ensure our daily operations meet all relevant standards and regulations while working closely with families and colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for children.
In this role, you will:

Lead the preschool room (3-5 years), planning and delivering age-appropriate programs.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment while supporting children's wellbeing.

Oversee room routines, documentation, and transition plans in collaboration with families and team.

Provide leadership, manage team dynamics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Act as the primary contact for families and manage enrolments.
