Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services provide children with recreation-based activities with emphasis on social interaction and a sense of fun in a safe and secure environment. A range of activities are offered including art, sports, games, dramatic play, nature-based play, cooking and excursions.

We are currently seeking an experienced OSHC Team Leader to cover a maternity leave position at our Red Hill OSHC Service until December 2025. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and managing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs, and maintaining positive relationships with families, schools, and the wider community.

Our offer

  • Part time maternity leave cover until December 2025, (27 hours per week).
  • Salary of CSE 4: $69,778.13 to $71,893.28p.a (pro rata), plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • 10% above award wages with WCS Enterprise Agreement.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Service Manager/OSHC Manager and other leadership staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the service.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service, including program planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement program plans that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Early Education and Care (or ACEQA approved equivalent)
  • Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place and Early Years Learning frameworks.
