Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services provide children with recreation-based activities with emphasis on social interaction and a sense of fun in a safe and secure environment. A range of activities are offered including art, sports, games, dramatic play, nature-based play, cooking and excursions.
We are currently seeking an experienced OSHCTeam Leader to cover a maternity leave position at our Red Hill OSHC Service until December 2025. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and managing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs, and maintaining positive relationships with families, schools, and the wider community.
Our offer
Part time maternity leave cover until December 2025, (27 hours per week).
Salary of CSE 4: $69,778.13 to $71,893.28p.a (pro rata), plus 11.5% superannuation.
10% above award wages with WCS Enterprise Agreement.
Broken shift allowance (where applicable).

Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Work collaboratively with the Service Manager/OSHC Manager and other leadership staff to achieve the goals and objectives of the service.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service, including program planning, delivery, and evaluation.
Develop and implement program plans that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.

Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Early Education and Care (or ACEQA approved equivalent)
Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in OSHC, including demonstrated use of the My Time, Our Place and Early Years Learning frameworks.
