About the Role
The Way Back Support Service provides short-term, practical, and emotional support to individuals following a suicidal crisis. Our team works alongside participants to promote safety, strengthen connections, and support recovery through person-centred care.
Over the past year, TWBSS has supported more than 230 participants, with 91% reporting increased hope and connection after engagement. Participant feedback describes the service as “a lifeline during one of the hardest times in my life.”
This position is offered until June 2026, with the potential for extension as the program continues to grow and strengthen partnerships across the region. Joining TWBSS means being part of a passionate, skilled team making a real and lasting difference in suicide prevention and recovery support.
