About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth employee experience, maintaining accurate HR systems, and providing timely advice and support to managers and staff. Working closely with the HR Advisor and HR Team Leader, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while upholding compliance, confidentiality, and organisational values.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including advertising roles, screening documentation, preparing contracts, and coordinating inductions.
Maintain and support the ELMO HRIS across Recruitment, HR Core, Performance, Contracts and Reporting modules, ensuring data accuracy and system optimisation.
Provide timely HR administrative support, including drafting contract variations, responding to shared inbox queries, and preparing employee reports.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, Fair Work legislation, and pre-employment screening obligations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR, including reviewing and enhancing processes and system utilisation.
Uphold workplace health and safety, child safety, diversity, equity, confidentiality, and privacy standards at all times.

You are a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional with a passion for delivering efficient, people-focused support across the employee lifecycle. With experience in Human Resources recruitment, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, confidentiality and strong communication are essential. You are systems-savvy, highly organised, and enjoy working collaboratively while taking initiative to improve processes and support positive workplace culture.
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience in an HR administration or recruitment role (minimum 2 years).
Working knowledge of ELMO or a similar HRIS, with strong data accuracy and reporting capability.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
A positive, flexible and team-oriented approach, aligned with organisational values and a commitment to continuous improvement.
